Terms of Service

1. The service
MathZeal is a free daily mental-math practice service for children and adults, available at mathzeal.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts & families
You must be at least 12 to create your own account. Children aged 5–11 use MathZeal only through a profile created and managed by their parent or legal guardian. If you register as a parent, you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian and are giving consent on their behalf. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for activity on your account and the child profiles in it.
3. Circles & conduct
Circles let you share your display name and quiz stats with people you invite or whose 9-digit code you enter. Only invite or join people you know. Use real, non-offensive display names; don't misuse invite codes, attempt to access other families' data, or interfere with the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or harm other users, especially children.
4. Free service, no guarantees
MathZeal is currently free. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep streaks, scores, and reports accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features. MathZeal is a practice tool, not a school curriculum or educational assessment.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathZeal and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently: nothing).
6. Termination
You can delete your account (and parents can delete child profiles) at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support@mathzeal.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: support@mathzeal.com.
